John and Yossi were amazing and very detailed in explaining how everything works. It’s basically a short term loan while they hold your belongings -  you will receive your items back as long as you pay back on time (within 3 months) with very little interest (only 8 percent compared with most others in the area at 13%) - first time pawning anything and I was very pleased. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, respectful, and patient, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle. They answered all of my questions without rushing me, and were very transparent about everything. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable, and it was obvious they cared about treating customers fairly and with dignity. The shop itself was clean, well-organized, and welcoming, which also helped put me at ease. Overall, the experience was smooth, honest, and handled with professionalism from start to finish.
